Whereas,
Gifted Resource Council is celebrating its 15th anniversary;

Whereas,
Gifted Resource Council serves the needs of bright and talented young people throughout the entire metropolitan area;

Whereas,
Gifted Resource Council cooperates with other community organizations to provide opportunities for the benefit of gifted children;

Whereas,
Gifted Resource Council works with parents and teachers to help children achieve their potential;

Whereas,
Tens of thousands of students have been served by the high-quality programs that Gifted Resource Council has provided since 1983;

Be it therefore resolved,
That Gifted Resource Council is known as an educational leader in the St. Louis community.

Be it Further resolved,
That Gifted Resource Council's dedication to excellence in education may serve as a model for those who strive to provide the best for students who hold the future in their hands.
