Teachers Turn On to Hands-on Science
Turn your science lessons into a hands-on feast
for your young charges
through this workshop led by a GRC master!

Suggested audience: Teachers of pre-K through early elementary students

Join us for a program that combines teacher training and live teaching/observation sessions through GRC's Saturday Learning Lab, "Get Your Hands-On Science".

Dennis Grzenczyk, long-time GRC science teacher, shares his experience - and success - using items readily available to make science active and fun for learners. When you finish this program, you should never have to buy an official science kit again!

Cost: $95
Class size: Limited to 20 teachers (first come, first served)

Workshop consists of:
  1. A 1.5-hour presentation on one of two dates at the GRC office, 357 Marshall Ave., 4:30-6:00 p.m. Select either:
    1. January 27, 2010
    2. February 2, 2010
